Sir, About !2 E-Mails have been sent to videocom d2h office stating there in My Own Plan with Channelwise cost therefor, but no satisfactory response from the authority.Instead of they migrated to new plan without considering my own plan. My consumer id is 5202432. Long ago I started to view videocon d2h while I was at Raipur (C.G.). Since then, I have changed my mobile no. many a times and have forgot the mobile number in which my connection was registered. As per the format, I am not now able to put my choice of channels due to non availability of the original mobile number. Kindly suggest a new method in the return mail by which I can do the needful.
