We understand your concern and would like to apologize for an unpleasant experience. We always try to ensure that our customers get the highest quality service through any of our channels. As per your telephonic conversation on --------- with the undersigned dated 9th October 2018, we would like to inform you that in order to resolve your concern, we have disconnected the services for the above-mentioned airtel number with effect from 9th October 2018. Further, we have also processed a credit adjustment of Rs. 590/- for the above-mentioned airtel number on 9th October 2018 on account of delay in cancellation of the concerned number.
