Trai — disconnection of my reliance postpaid number [protected]

Dear sir,
This is for your kind attention that i have a reliance postpaid number [protected]. I have made request for disconnection of the same in reliance instacare app on 06/09/2017. Afterthat i have tried to contact customer care numbers but some technical problems from their end i am not able to do so. Reliance outl🤣🤣ets are also not entertaining. I have mailed appelete authority of reliance till now there is no response from their end. I have mailed trai as well.
Currently i have no dues with reliance. Last month due amount also paid.
So now you are requested to do the needful for the disconnection of the same and send me a line of confirmation inthis regard.
