Trai — dish tv migration issue | |||
I am jisho james from kodenchery kozhikode district, kerala. Am a dish tv customer and i wish to migrate my present plan as per trai's new plan.in this regard i contacted bto dish tv customer care on 2019 february 27 and they told that i suppose to change the alignment of dish tv, and that can be done by their technician for free of cost. However i register a complaint on february 27 and the complaint number was[protected]. Next day the service technician contacted and demanded for money for changing the alignment of dish tv. And i refused too. And on 2march also they contacted me and told that they are coming, and wait at home, but they didn't address the issue till now. I sent a mail in this regard on 10 march to dish tv and they said that the issue will be resolved within 3 business days. Unfortunately no response after that. Again i contacted dish tv and register same complaint on march 19 and the complaint number is[protected]. And i came to know that my previous complaint was closed by themselves and says that i didn't attend their one call. And i questioned about vtheir service and demand for money for a free service. Any how they said that a call back will get me soon from their services centre but till today i didn't get any response. So i request trai to intervene this issue and help me to migrate my dish tv package as per new tariff package and take necessary action against dish tv for this kind of malpractices.
