[Resolved]  Trai — dish tv - new trai packages

We are trying to renew our dish tv subscription to the new trai
Packages and we are being told that we have to re-align our dish
Antenna before it can be activated. However, we have filed requests
After requests to get a technician visit for antenna re-alignment and all these
Requests have been closed. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks and our connection has now been disconnected.

We would like to know if there is any other solution available to us
Besides filing another futile request.
