Date of incident:[protected] Client number:[protected] I have logged several complain in the DISH TV customer care number (Complain Number :[protected]. It has already 7 days over but still I don't have any solution find from the DISH TV. As you know there was a cyclone in odisha after that the service was not available but my balance has been deducted as usual. So request your support to solve my issue. I am facing D2h connection issues from last 15 days. I registered a complaint and it was told to me that with in 96 hours the engineer will be sent. It's more than that and I have called multiple times but everyday D2h customer care says they will be sending engineer today but no action. It's really disappointing as they say lie to customer.
