Trai — dish tv providing the required channel as requested

Sir i have dish connection with no [protected]. I have made my on pack worth 373 per month and submitted to they were receipted the same their token no [protected] on 17 april 2019. But till date they are added the required channel to my connection. I have made a complaint in this regard their complaint no[protected] dated 18 april 2019 and arrange a technician and change of set box and charge rs 450/-. But till the problem exists, then again complaint no[protected] dated 18 april 2019. Therefore, i am requesting to look in to the matter and issue necessary direction to concerned persons to resolve the issue at the earliest pl.
