My cc no is [protected] and [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 7th of february 2019 regarding non functionality of volume control when hd channels are being played. Technician visited on 1st of march he reset the settings but problem remain as it is. He tried his best but not able to solve the problem. He assured me that he will look into the matter and maybe the setup box needs to be replaced. He assured me that he'll call back and try his level best to solve the problem but he didn't turn up. I called him again and he informed me that still he didn't find any solution and the problem will be solved very soon. Again i called him but i didn't get any answer from his side then i approach the customer care again on 7th and i have asked them regarding the same problem the customer care people assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but no one turned up on 8th of march i again called the customer care people and they asked me that the problem will be solved within 24hrs then on 10th of march i got a call from the technician and he told me that many people are experiencing this problem and it cannot be solved. Then again i called the customer care people and informed the same to them and it was to my surprise that the first complaint was closed with the remarks that the remote has been changed (Not changed in reality) and the second complaint was closed with remarks that there was a problem in the led where he hasn't visited the site second time. I have informed the same to the customer care and i also ask them to keep the complaint open because that has not been resolved till date but in spite of my repeated requests they are lodging a new complaint every time. Now again today i check the status of the complaint and the complaint again has got closed and to my surprise every time for the complaint is closed even without the consent of the customer and even without informing me. Even the complaint which i narrated was not lodged by ms poonam singh. She has changed the contents from what i dictated to signal problem. That i'm requesting you this is a very serious concern kind look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.

Sir still complaint not resolved. Just harrassment by dish tv.
