Trai — disruptive cable service

Hi sir/ mam,
I am dr shree, this is to complaint about disruptive cable tv service, every 1-2 week there has been issue with our cable tv service and there hasnt been any permanent solution it has been duly reported to our local cable operator but still of no use. So kindly help us with regards to this matter.
We have been paying our bill regularly
