Trai — faulty hd receiver not replaced, 11 days since no response from concerned | |||
My hd set top box stopped working soon after the completion of warranty period, and it was replaced with a refurbished spare on 5-4-2019, as per asianet office representatives hd box was out of stock and promised to give a new one the next day. The refurbished spare stopped working the same day it was delivered (5/4/2019). On visiting concerned office, they are not giving any correct information regarding the new hd box delivery. It’s now over 11 days and still there is no response from the team. Already channel charges are paid in advance till may and we are not being given service for what we have paid for. Kindly look in to the case as support to restore the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
