Trai — fraud by d2h company

Sir,
I am a customer of d2h since last one and a half year. I have created my own pack on 8 feb 20. On 13 feb 20 i got a call from d2h customer care and without my acceptance she added one channel of jyotish dunia channel no 204. If it is so, then why trai has given the opportunity to the customer to pick up their desired channel. I call back and asked customer care employ to disconnect the channel. He assured me that the channel will be disconnected on 15 feb 20 and raised a complaint no[protected]. Since that day the channel has not been disconnected. Please look into the matter because d2h employees are not hearing my problem.

Sir/Mam, I'm using Vodafone number [protected]. Vodafone added INR 270 of 2014 in my current bill. how it is possible you added this amount in 2020. i discuss this with customer care but they are very rude with me. kindly help me in this please
