Sir my name is anil kumar, i purchased independent tv set box on 29 january 2019 for rs 2, 200including installation charges. Independent tv service provider promises to provide all the channels,, in beginning it works good but after the trai rules it stopped the channels like star, colors and sony. Now, from the month of june it has completely stopped all the channels without any intimation. No response from the customer care number. So, now i want either it starts all the channels or refund my money. My contact number is 91+[protected].
