Trai — fraudulent activity by telecom (vodafone)industry

From 2002 or 3 I was using one reliance number [protected] service provider was reliance.Last month without any intimation the number was out of service as I was using this number for so many years I need to port this number while it was in the process of porting suddenly I found that this number got activated to some lady via some roadside company sales guy.plz be noted I had the active port number till 31st jan 2018.as per best of my knowledge no telecom company can suddenly stop its services without any intimation from 1st jan 2018 and even if any company stops the services then to the number cannot go to open market while in the process of porting.this is a complete fraud activity by reliance as well as by the other company (vodafone, as confirmed by the lady) who sold the number.
Upon discussion with Vodafone from past 10-15 days all the required documents were provided to them.Few of them are also attached for your ready reference.
