Trai — hd channels not working even after paying to siti cable

Hi Sir,

I am jaskirat singh living in hansi, i have subsribed to HD channels like times MAN network, HBO especially star sports pack due to season of world cup, But yet siti cable not provided me any of taken channels. Many others also complaining that their channels not started even after paying.

The cable operator giving compulsory their 100 free channels which we don't watch as its astha and others unwanted channels. They didn't give choice in free channels.
Therefore they charge additional rs. 40/- + 18% tax for 27 paid channels.

Earlier we pay rs 200/- per month for all channels. Now its double for only selected channels. Then where is the profit for common man??? Why this rule started??? Its wrong decision of trai. Please revert. I had logged complaint 3, 4 times from day one when i purchased HD set top box but no resolution till date
I am also providing you complaint no. 5861458, 5860560, 5862137. For your reference but this is very annoying that they had resolved these complaint Number without my confirmation. I am hoping for resolution.
