Trai — idea network problem and not providing 4g services.

I have been using my idea number from 3 year. Befor the launch of 4g it was having good network rang near by my locality. But now from around 7-8 months there is no proper network. And there is no 4g service available in my locality. Its been almost 1 year and other provider like vodafone, jio and airtel are providing 4g network but whats wrong with this idea. Still they dont have any answers when 4 g service will be available in my city.
