Trai — idea service provider i am complaining idea billed for my disconnected number [protected]

Dear sir,
I have requested for closing my idea no. [protected] on 25th sep.2017 and i was received massage " request for disconnection for mob, no.[protected] has been processed successfully through sr no. C1-[protected]. I have not used my idea no from 25 sep. Onward, yesterday i have received idea bill of 817.60 rs. Idea service provider is forcing me for bill payment of 817.60 and say my no. Was not disconnected.
