Trai — Improper billing on my airtel number

Since, the month of January {according to billing cycle} I have been incorrectly charged Rs.100 plus taxes for 3 months that is January, February and March. The customer care says that they called me on 14th of January and activated a pack of rs.100 for 2gb 4g/3g data where as I never did get or pick up a call from customer care for a period of approximately 4-5 months until the month April 2017.
Also on 25th April I called up the customer care for enquiring about the same as I had received an SMS stating that a pack of rs.100 per month has been deactivated, where they said that the message might have been wrongly sent and apologised for the confusion.
this kind of service is unacceptable and I request the TRAI to act on it.
