Trai — independent tv is not providing services as per his commitment

I am a independent tv consumer. I take a connection at the time newly lonche his service in up east at varanasi. At the time connection he committed that he provided me 250+ chanall including 12 hd. But currently he migrated best fit plan and stopped service of maximum channels. Last 3 days he stopped all star channels which provided under best fit plane. I request to kindly provide me list of channels which given under best fit plane. Thanks from mukesh jaiswal
