Trai — independent tv violating trai guidelines

Independent tv has stopped to show hindi movies, english movies and entertainment and hindi sports, cartoon and infotainment channels which i have subscribed and paid at the time of installation, now they are asking extra charge to show these channels, in context they are showing paid and expensive non hindi/english channels like tamil, kannada, oriya, marathi, telugu etc which languages i can not understand, i don't want to see these channels.
Please make available hindi/english channels which i have subscribed and paid at the time of installation which independent tv has shown in theire list of tv channels.

Sir my Videocon d2h id is 74951536.
There are some technical difficulties that have stopped all my channels after 8 days after recharging Videocon D2H. Clients can end their delegation calls without any help when they help.
Sir guide me how I take action against them.
