Ref : My subscription No.GA[protected] connections). With reference to the above, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the availability of channels to me are not regular from 5th February onwards. Some channels are available some time, after some time some channels show the remarks “ You are not authorized to view the channel” I have made an annual payment Rs.5760/- for 2 connections with additional 2 months extra scheme from November 2018 to December 2019 and as on 01/02/2019 an amount of Rs.4526.00 stands credit in my account as per your records. As per TRAI guidelines, the subscriber who has made advance payment for annual plan is eligible to continue to the stipulated period without any change of tarifs. The said provisions copied from the TRAI site copied and pasted below for your kind ready reference. 11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber in advance? In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription. The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st February, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st February, 2019. When you are aware the above provisions, you should have told me that I can continue the existing package, instead, sent me SMS asking me opt for the new package and myself, without knowing the above provisions opted for Kerala Silver KSD05. Even that also not provided me fully. In the above circumstances, I request your goodself to kindly arrange to cancel my above option of KSD05 and provide me all channels which I was getting on 31/01/2019.
