Trai — jio sim can not provide us better service

We face issue in my area not only me but face every one.
Last november december month we call to jio care they say with in 90 days your issue compeleted but they can not listen.
They say improve your area in your loction but where we can not call we cannot surf the net. Our all net work gone stoped
We call them we with them no body come with what we do please help us
