Trai — mentally harassment by local cable operator for extra money | |||
Respected sir/madammy name is neeraj and i am 20 years old siti cable user from paschim vihar, delhi.in last few months i am not recharging my cable due to very bad behavior of our area's siti cable operator. But after online recharge facility active in siti cable, i recharged online. There i saw the cable operator was charging rs 350 for a month by me but online they detected only rs 323 only. Operator was charging extra money for no reason. I complained him then he said "you have to give me this extra amount otherwise your cable will not work". He is so rude and doing mentally harass. I didn't give him extra money and recharged online. Now after recharge on january 6, 2020. My cable stopped working on january 12 night. I complained to siti cable customer care number several times but after every day i got same reply that your cable will start working till evening or morning. After complete week of complaining again and again my cable didn't start working. Yesterday one worker of that area service provider person's told me that do what ever you want but your cable will not start until you apologize and stop recharging online. Give us hard cash with extra amount and within 1 hours your services will be resume. Local siti cable operator person's name is mr ram kumar, [protected]. I am also attaching the screenshot of msg got of my complains to siti cable. My siti cable vc number is [protected]. I am done my vediocon D2H recharge online payment, of Rs.277 at 18/1/2020 but still not Service started, & payment of Rs.277 is debited from my bank A/C.
I have many call’s to customer care but they have not respond my call & telling me wait for 2 hrs...from last 4 days
