Trai — misbehaving customer care executive and worst service of videocon d2h service. | |||
The Star plus, Zee Tv, Colors, Star Bharat, Set Tv Set max all channnels i took hd channels and i am payinh 19rs per channel but they disconnect the channels for whole days and the channels are diaplaying as Signal not Available. When i call to customer care Executives are says nothing can be done.And simply says due to weather but the weather is absolutely fine. Else the executives will say that we will send our engineer who will charge 200 rs for visit. I don't understand i pay for Hd channels and they simply gives me on air replies like our engineer will visit or will say due to weather. Was this information helpful? | |||
