Trai — mypack has not been updated.

Address:Flat no 206 yelhanaka new town, 560064

My customer id is[protected] with videocon d2h. Its been 2 months, i eequeated for new revised pack. Pack has not been changed yet and on top of that its getting updated all unwanted chanel.

Tried calling customer so many times but its not reachable even i wrote several mails but no reply.

People at customer care are very unprofessional, must get some reply but everytime i get auto reply.

My current month subscription end date is 18/03/2019 and my monthly charge is 355.
Today i recharge of Rs. 400 and I got message that next due date is 16/04.

How they can reduce my number of days.

Our cabel operator is not giving us option to select channels which we want to see. And he is saying that there is no such system of selection and just pay rs 400 for all channel..this is the only offer we are getting from our operator..
