Trai — network related,

I was customer of airtel of last 14 years
But network so weak (Poor) since two year,
Last feb, 18. I registered complaint network issue,
Network team (Executive) came my home locations
He agreed network so poor,
He replyed me network team working same location,
U found better network shortly,
But till date same condition
No any imprument,
My mobile no permanent disconnect
Please help or solve my issue
