This is not a complaint, this is my query. I want to know - q) is it compulsory for a
Subscriber to take the basic pack of 100 free to air channels at rs 130 (Plus taxes) along with the paid channels which he/she will choose on a la carte basis?

Please clarify if a subscriber can opt not to take the basic pack of 100 free to air channels or he /she has to mandatorily take the basic pack.
