Dear sir,
Regret to say that my airtel connection [protected] is not working from yesterday, as advised cust. Care i changed my sim. But again i am facing same issue and i suffering this issue very much bcas my family is effected in kerala floods.

I called and made complaint and request to solve the proble asap, but no action taken place till now.

Please do the needful.
