Trai — no reliance jio network received on international roaming resulting in heavy business loss

I converted my prepaid jio no to jio postpaid because of their promise of providing cheaper international roaming rates as i had to leave for singapore on 26/05/18 and had activated international roaming thereof. On reaching the country i could not recieve any signals and wasn't able to make any calls, i had to ask for somebody's phone to contact the customer care (On 28/05/18) and they assured that the signals would be recieved within 48 hours. I recieved no signals throughout my visit till 02/06/18 for which i paid additional rs 1500 to increase the credit limit and rs 500 in total for postpaid conversion. I wasn't able to contact my family for 8 days and lost several business contract and deals amounting rs 50, 000. Plus i had to purchase another international sim for rs 2000 for a week to atleast contact my family and relatives. I would like to request a refund for above mentioned expenses and losses (1500+500+50000+2000).
