Trai — no resolution provided by bharati airtel from 5 months in spite speaking every month for 5 hours

I had my airtel postpaid number, since i took connection i face lot of issues. I have network related issues, billing issues, my airtel app issue. So many managers i have spoken from chennai circle, karnataka, mumbai, delhi, hyderabad etc circles. Every one says it will be resolved in 24 hours etc. I have addressed so many mails also, if i call they say we dn't have access to heck mails, why there is difference in call and mail, and mail people will never call us back. Finally in the month of march 2018 i decided to leave airtel nad there promised me plan of 349 with 100rs discount nad 199 my corporate discount and 20gb data for 12 months, and when i check in airtel app it says different plan. If i all to them there say it is correct plans they dnt even see my screen shots. Also i have 100sms per day local+std+roaming but even after i got charges for it.
