We took new connection on 2 march 2019. We were told that with new connection will be able to view any two packs fee for one month, by paying rs. 1800/- which includes instillation and activation of the device. But on 14 march the service got deactivated and we were asked to pay for reactivation. So after calling the distributor and the call-center several times there reactivated and but again after three days on 18 march it got deactivated again and when i tried to call the distributor the just gave me the call center number and asked me to directly contact the customer care. I tried the same but till now my problem is not solved. Kindly resolve this issue and kindly reactivate for the full month as we were told or we request to take the device back by repaying my deposit. I am using vodafone operator my no. [protected] but last 15 days I have not received any message and phone calls and showing worng balance, when I talk to custmer care regarding this mettar they told me, I will technical fault and It will resolve within 72 hr. but till time problem has not resolved. Please do needfull.

I have chose few channels as per new rule and submitted application on 26th of Feb also complaint that few Marathi channels are unable to see.
but still they didn't resolve my complaint and not replied on mail as well. attaching copy of mail
