I have taken a tatasky long duration pack. Which was applicable till 23sep 2019. And i want to continue to that pack. But without my consent they have changed me to new terrif system. I want to continue to my old package. They are not taking my complain. On this new tarrif my tatasky duration will end on 10 aug 2019, according to them. So i wish to continue on old system.

When I have taken a long duration pack till 23 sep 2019. After paying in advance how can tatasky change it unilaterally on the pretext of training order. This is just cheating.

Even after 9 days now action taken by TRAI. WHY?

TATA SKY has nothing to do with consumer complain. When I have taken a long duration pack after paying in advance. How can tatasky change it.

No action taken on my complain. I want to continue my old annual pack. Till it's end period. Tata sky is force fully transfers it's customers to best fit pack. I don't want best fit pack.
