I have given several complains to video-con dth to restore my connection having consumer number 48194256. Ticket numbers are closed automatically without any intimition and till now its not restored even after 1 month.

Complaint no 1: 65355566 date: 06 june 2019
Complaint no 2:[protected] date: 16 june 2019
Complaint no 3:[protected] date: 25 june 2019
Complaint no 4:[protected] date: 25 june 2019

Kindly take necessary steps to restore my connection.
