Trai — not functioning of dishtv even 15 days after recharge

I am ashutosh prasad and i had recharge my dishtv vc number [protected] on 5 march 2020 with an amount 220. My dishtv is not working since that day. I have messaged/mailed them several times but no response.
They are providing only call back facility and i never got a call from them upon my several requests. I need proper compensation.
