Trai — not refunded of my security deposit amount

I am omprakashkotapati from tirupati. Previously i am a air tel customer no. [protected].
I ported my number from air tel to another network and asked my deposited amount. I have no pending bills against the above number. I paid my bill sincerely and not paid penalty even single time against this number.
Now i left this network from march 2017. But till today the air tel company was not refunded my deposited amount.
In this regard i am requesting you kindly take necessary action in this regard to get justice.
