[Resolved] Trai — number activation | |||
We ported our reliance no [protected] in the name of rachna ganeriwal airtel network on 29.06.2017 and as per company it was updated on 4.07.2017 and on the same time our above number was deactivated from reliance but airtel did not activated our this number. Since that time we are regularly speaking to the customer care and are always assured to resolve the problem within next 24 hours but even after 16 days we are getting the same reply.in between we have visited to airtel outlet at rajapark, jaipur on 17.07.2017 regarding the same issue and got the same reply. We are facing lot of problems due to non activation of the number and airtel executive don't have solution. Pl guide us for the necessary steps to be taken as we want to continue the same number because this no is attached with our many accounts.
