Trai — package selection not allow by dish tv, force package added | |||
Without my permission and informed me, two additional pack added "titanium & spl full on hd alacarte" worth rs. 795/- by dishtv. I am not able to remove it online. I have called to customer care but they also not able to delete it. According to trai consumer have rights to select there chennal but dish tv system is not support it. I can not do any thing. Dish tv android app and web portal not allow any changes. Kindly provide refund of extra pack added and allow us to select our pack. Was this information helpful? | |||
