Trai — pathetic network issue

Since last 8 months I am getting network issue at Vodafone. Today I called at customer are at 198 twice, but they dont take my complaint. Many times in a day I am facing No network issue. Other operator network getting at same place but vodafone network not available at the same place. they Dont give me proper answer. I complaint at appelate desk..
