Trai — poor network coverage and connectivity issue

I have been facing the network issue since last 4 months. I have raised this issue several times with the service provider (Airtel) but haven't seen any action so far.

Attached is the screenshot, showing the speed of the internet that I have been receiving.

It has got to the level where I had to raise a request for Mobile Number Portability, but it has been rejected twice by Airtel saying I haven't completed 90 days of service.

I would really need a resolution and compensation for this inconvenience that I have faced. This is consumer harassment and I have lost thousands in this time period on the bills and a lot of time has been wasted chasing the service provider to have the issue resolved.
