Cable operators which is rk digital city cable {rm) not taking customer seriously as i contact them so many times and vist their branch atleast 10 times but not giving an appropriate response, only they are wasting time and not fixing my cable and also they are launching their on packs
Not following government rules and regulations
They are not giving back one time security deposit fees instead of it they are saying that there is no refund of security deposit
Please take strictly action on it
I request you to cancel their licences
