Trai — postpaid plan issue

My number is [protected] i using idea postpaid 99 plan from long time but now idea has convert my plan in nirvana 299 plan without any prior information. I dont required this plan bz i am already using other unlimited plan. So why should i pay that amount. They should have update me regarding this now when i called to idea customer care then executive misbehave with me and told that they will discontinue my number.

This is not fare at all. Kindly do the needful
