Trai — regarding asianet digital tv channel updation status | |||
To whom so ever concerned, This is regarding my digital tv connection with asianet... I have payed for this month as per the new trai guidelines.. For a asianet gold hd and a bouquet of sony entertainment at the asianet office in pallarivattom. They said it will be activated in 24 hrs and yet i am not getting many of the channels and none of the sony channels for which i have payed. When i calls the customer service one agent said to switch on the set top box and wait for 20 min.. It still didn't work and when i called again another agent said that the bouquet for which i have paid is not reflecting in their system... I request you to take some action against asianet as i am not getting the channels for which i have paid and i think it is my rite to get the service as a customer Regards Harish My customer i'd Ga91096479 Was this information helpful? | |||
