Trai — regarding bad mobile network

Dear sir,

I am rahul vitthal divase at post-pimpari tq &dist-osmanabad.in our village there is b. S. N. L tower but there is bad network to bsnl sim so mobile contact is not made properly. So our villagers file a consumer complaint in consumer court. Their after bsnl company say that after complaint bsnl has improved in network but actually there is no any improvement in mobile network. We are facing same problem.
So may i request you please send me the details of our village bsnl network quality report
