Today at around 2:47 suddenly a message came that you have charged rupees 99.
When i call customer care she didn't help me and told me you just download the content. When i ask you which content she is not able to tell me.
I am writing compliant around 4 times regarding your very bad service within a month i just face aadhar registration problem. But upto now i am not getting my solution.
Is this the way to frauding the customer by doing this fake message and deduct my money.
All the services which i am using from idea are purely bad.
I don't know but i want my money back and take steps to improve your services. Specially customer services.
Every time my balance has been deducted without any notice or without any confirmation. But this time you are doing very fraud thing to me as deducted my balance.
So sir/madam please go through this and take some serious action against this.
And return my money so that i can port to other operator. This is the last month i am using your services.
As days are going on problem regarding your increases day by day. And also i didn't get any solution.
Now i am very much frustrated because there are lots of operator is there.
So atlast do some serious step if you want to run your company regarding customer.
