They took 3 months advance and didn't provided the service. We have been calling customer care and salesman for 3-4 hours everyday. They are reluctant to solve our problem. They register our issue and mark it resolve without doing anything. We have tried reaching their senior officer but we are unable to do so because o[censored]navailability. We are severely disappointed with the service and feel cheated. Kindly help us with the issue. We want some penal provisions against them and ensure their accountability. Sir, my aircel number[protected] is in ISD. Here are rs250 balence in my number but incomming call bloked by company.they says for recharge rs50 then incomming call will be activate. I have done my recharge but incomming call not activate. And company avoid my call.
