I have recharge prepaid plan for each. 399/-on 12th July.Inadvertantly I recharge twice of same amount.Immediately I call to customer care for twice deduction. I was informed that your plan is valid up-to 3rd of October after the new it has been automatically renewed for 84 days. After 3rd July it has not renewed then I talk to customer care, and today replied by him that it was lapsed. I socked how it is possible, two different replied given by customer care. Really it is shameful.
You are requested to renew my plan or refund my amount of Rs 399/-
I hope you will consider the same
