Trai — regarding recharge of rs.250/- for videocon d2h | |||
I am using videocon d2h set top box. Today i have recharged for rs.250/- vide amazon pay ref no.[protected] dtd. 18.08.19, but they have still not started my set top box service. I am continuously trying to call on [protected], but since last 5 hours phone getting disconnected automatically. Also i have called on their toll free no. [protected], but same issue with this no. Too. Whenever i called on their customercare no., but not getting connected. This is permanent issue with their service. Request you to kindly solve this issue at the earliest.
