Sir, in my fhd tv the picture quality in sd channels is very poor. You are taking rs.153/- (Compulsory) which is very high for middle & lower class family. According to that clarity in sd channels in compared to hd channels is very very miserable. So i request you on behalf entire same kind of suffering customers kindly consider this matter seriously and take immediate step regarding this case to provide us hd class picture quality and also reduce the price. I hope you must think positively to solve our issue.

Hi Sir, We have been purchased Independent dish TV from Jan-2019, but from March-2019 error-404 has displayed not even single channel has telecast till jun-2019, i have complained to customer care of independent tv, there is no proper response. So i would like to wish refund of amount.
