Trai — regarding service engineer visit | |||
As i recharged my videocon d2h on 18th july 2019 after 2days later my set top box was not responding with the remote. I logged complain regarding this issue several times to the customer care and mailed also twice on 1aug & 14 aug 2019, but till date neither the service engineer nor any service team call came. Waiting from 1month on their assurances no one came and my issue is still unresolved. I request you to please help to strength the rpower of customer to avoid these circumstances in future. Still i am getting assurances from their ends but not solution. Please do the needful regarding this issue. My customer id is 37312954 in the name of rajat kumar sharma. In June the cable was not working for 3 days, in July it was not working for 6 days.now I have not paid bill for this month because i was requesting for Compensation. Now the operator is not agreeing to any of this and every time they say it's technical problem and informed that as per our terms and conditions we can not honor compensation.
