From last 7 days i not receiving any signal in my mobile. When i went to mobile retailer they told me that rcom has shut down their operation in uttarakhand i have
To port my no. But i have balance of 291 rs in my rcom sim.
They told me that your balanced with be lapsed.& you will get nothing.
How can they do that. They do not even remind that they are closing their operation.
It is not only my problem it is problem of many rcom customer.
Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.
