Trai — Reliance communication prepaid data card

Subject: reliance dongle no: [protected] (Pre paid).

Dear sirs,

The above data card is registered in my name. As i have visited your reliance outlet at thoppumpady, cochin-682005 it is informed that the said connection was not active in my name and the same is registered with another persons name. I was surprised to note that, how a registered data card in my name is being misused by another while i own and possess the data card. Though i have not used the same for a while and now that i have contacted your outlet for updating the dongle to your newly introduced 4g services. They have not even issued me the zim card.

I request you to look into the matter and clarify the matter at the earliest.

Email containing the above subject has been sent to rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com repeatedly. There was no reply/action taken by the concerned authority so far please advise
